Meditation:- it is just like medicine which is making your mind free from the non using factors.
Now from few days i join the meditation classes and i feel the benefits of it.Meditation is
doing by ‘YOGA’,’CHANTING’ or different types of things.In the starting everyone feels like i
am not affected by meditation but continuous the same process up-to two or three days
the same person got the benefits and automatically feels the results………….
